1 STICK OF BUTTER

1 TBSP OF SEA SALT

1 TSP OF PEPPER

3 TBSP FRESH DILL CHOPPED

Preparation

1 MELT BUTTER IN A CAST IRON SKILLET 2 ADD FINGERLING POTATOES WITH SKIN ON THEM AND SAUTEE 3. ADD A LID AND SHAKE AROUND TO MIX THEM UP AT LEAST TWICE, KEEP LID ON AND CHECK AFTER ABOUT 20 MINUTES 4. CHECK TO SEE IF TENDER ANDD TURN FIRE OF AND KEEP LID ON FOR ABOUT 5 MINUTES. 5. ADD FRESH DILL TO THE POT AND COVER AND LET SIT UNTIL READY TO EAT.
