Ingredients
1/2 cup quinoa; 3/4 cup water
1/2 cup seitan; 1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup diced carrots
diced green veggies
for sauce: almond butter, rice vinegar, soy sauce, small amount sesame oil; optional– veggie bullion
Preparation
cook quinoa in water; 20 minutes saute seitan and onions in oil cook carrots and other veggies mix sauce ingredients with water to desired consistency; mix with remaining stuff
