Ingredients
1/2 C Smooth PB
1/4 C Sun Butter
1/2 C Rice Vinegar
2 tbs Nuoc Mam
1 tbls sugar
6 tbs low sodium soy sauce/ tamari
1 tbls sesame oil
1/4 c water
1/2 tsp cayenne
2 large garlic cloves
1/2 C coarsley chopped cilantro
1 tbs fresh chopped ginger
Blender all but cilantro.
Toss with noodles
