Ingredients

4 oz Low Carb Pasta Dinner

1 head,+medium+5-6"+dia cauliflower

3/4 cup 1% milk

1/4 cup heavy cream

2 large eggs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

12 oz 2% Milk Reduced Fat Sharp Cheddar Cheese

2 tbsp dijon mustard

2 tbsp butter

Preparation

Steam cauliflower for 5 minutes. Cook pasta. Whisk milk, cream, eggs, salt and cayenne. Add cheese and mustard and butter. Put it all together in casserole dish. Broil top.
