Ingredients

8 medium size squash

125g (1/4 lb) ground meat (either lamb or beef)

Handful of pine nuts

750ml (1.5 pints) Yogurt

Butter

Salt & Pepper

Mixed spices

1/2 tspTarragon

2-3 cloves of Garlic

Cornstarch

1 egg

Preparation

Saute meat and Onion in a casserole Add salt, pepper, mixed spice Add pine nuts sauteed in different pan Core and stuff squash with meat mixture Saute gently in butter about 10 min and set aside In a bowl, stir together Yogurt, 1/4 cup of water, garlic shopped fine, cornstarch, egg, salt, tarragon Add mixture to the squash. Bring to a boil, and simmer for 30-40min
