Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

Onions, chopped

1 clove garlic, pressed

1 1/2 C (10 oz) frozen veggies

1 can cream of celery soup & milkas necessary

1/2 tsp each: oregano, rosemary, basil, pepper

Salt to taste

Mashed potatoes & melted butter

Preparation

  1. Salt and brown beef & garlic in skillet. Drain. Add soup, spices, onion, veggies and milk; heat through. Put in ungreased casserole. Top with mashed potatoes and brush potatoes with butter.
  2. Cook at 350F for about 30 min.
