1 1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 carrots, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 pound mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 cups mushroom gravy
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 cups mashed potatoes
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400 Saute the meat, drain remove Saute the mushrooms, carrots, onions and garlic Add back the meat Add the flour and cook for 1 minute Add the gravy, Worcestershire Place the meat and veggies in a casserole Spread the mashed potatoes on top Score with a fork. Bake for 20 minutes
