Ingredients

16oz pkg bow tie pasta

1 package frozen imitation crab

1/2 cup frozen peas, blanched

2/3 cup diced celery

1/2 cup sliced green onions

DRESSING

1-1/2 cup Mayo

Zest of one lemon

1 tbs Lemon juice

2 tbs milk

2 tsp curry spice

Salt & pepper to taste

TOPPING

1/2 cup chopped parsley

1/2 cup toasted pine nuts

Preparation

  1. Defrost crab and cut into 1/2 inch disks
  2. Cook pasta and rinse in cold water
  3. Combine pasta, crab and greens. Dress.
  4. Top with parsley and pine nuts just before serving
