Ingredients
1 can (11 oz) shoe peg corn (drained)
1 can (14.5 oz) French style green beans (drained)
1 (8oz) container sour cream
1 can (19.75 oz) cream of celery soup
1/4 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt & pepper to taste
1 stick of butter…melted
1 stack of Ritz crackers
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Combine onion, celery, green pepper, cheese, corn, green beans, soup and sour cream in a 2-quart casserole dish…season to taste
Combine crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top of vegetables.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 minutes.
