Ingredients
8 oz shrimp
2 ears of corn
1/4 cup fresh basil
squeeze of lemon
1 shallot
1 clove garlic
2 T butter
3 T cream
1 t red pepper flakes
1/3 C chopped green onion
salt and pepper
Preparation
Saute shallots and garlic for a minute. Add corn and shrimp. Cook 3 to 5 minutes. Add basil, green onion and squeeze of lemon. Cook 30 seconds. Add cream and cook for 1 minute
