Ingredients
1lb. Shrimp peeled and raw
1 Red and 1 yellow peppers, diced
2 green onions
1 box couscous
Broccoli flowrets
Preparation
Steam broccoli Sauté green onions and peppers in olive oil., 2 minutes. Prepare couscous. Throw into green onion/ peppers the shrimp. starring until pink. Throw in the broccoli to warm up. Serve shrimp over couscous.
