Ingredients

1 lb. cooked shrimp

2 sheets of puff pastry

White Cocktail Sauce:

1 cup sour cream

1 tbsp. horseradish

1 tsp. lemon juice

salt and white pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the white cocktail sauce in a large bowl. Add the shrimp to the mixture and coat each shrimp with the sauce. Place in the fridge for at least an hour.
  2. Heat a pot of oil to 350 F. Cut your sheets of puff pastry into quarters so you should have 8 squares. Fry one at a time and use a ladder to create a bowl by holding the center of the square down as it fries. Should take 2-4 minutes for the pastry to be golden brown. Cool and drain the excessive fat on a paper towel.
  3. For the finish, place each serving in an individual puff pastry. Garnish with a parsley leaf.
