Ingredients
1 lb brussel sprouts
oil
salt
lemon juice
Preparation
Preheat oven to 410 F. Peel and tip sprouts. Cut in half, or quarters if very large. Toss lightly in oil, salt generously (to taste). Spread out on on cookie sheet w/ aluminum foil. Place rack in top 1/3 of oven. Roast for 15 min. Toss in lemon juice before or after roasting…juice from 1/4 of a lemon.
