Ingredients
2 Large cans of Cooked Chicken.
1 Large can of Green Enchilada Sauce.
1 Onion, finely diced.
1 Can of Green Chili, finely diced.
1 Bag of Tortilla Chips.
1 Bag of Mexican blend cheese.
Garlic Salt.
Seasoned Salt.
Black Pepper.
Lettuce, bagged or chop some up.
Preparation
-Drain chicken and add to large skillet over medium heat. -Add onion and green chili to the chicken and cook until hot. -Season mixture with Garlic Salt, Seasoned Salt, and Pepper. -Add Green Enchilada Sauce and simmer for 10 minutes. -Add 1/2 bag of Tortilla Chips and stir through until they get soft and the mixture thickens up. -Top with the Mexican blend cheese and heat until cheese melts.
Serve in a bowl over a bed of lettuce.
