Ingredients

¾ cup Bisquick gluten-free mix

½ cup grated Parmesan-Reggiano cheese, grated

1 tsp paprika

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins (10 tenderloins)

2 eggs, slightly beaten

3 Tbsp butter, melted

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium size bowl mix together Bisquick, cheese, paprika and salt together.
  2. Line a baking sheet with non-stick foil.
