Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup lemon juice

2 cloves garlic

4 green onions

1/2 teaspoon cumin

red pepper flakes (1/2 tsp is still mild enough for my kids to eat it so you might want to go 1/8 if serving to anita)

3 tbl dry rub

Preparation

Run it all through the food processor to make a decently smooth consistency. I’ve marinaded from 1 hour to overnight with good results.
