Ingredients
1 Pound Italian Sausage
1 Med Diced Onion
2 Large Cloves of chopped garlic
1 Stalk of Celery, diced
1 8 ounce can of Tomato Sauce
1/4 cup of Ketchup
2 tsp Worcheshire
1 Tbsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 cup minced basil
tsp sugar
3 shakes of tabasco (if not using hot sausage)
salt to taste
Preparation
Brown the meat and vegetables and drain grease. Then add the rest of the ingredients and cook on low for 45 minutes.
