Ingredients

2 lbs. ground beef

1 large onion, chopped

1 large green pepper, chopped

1 1/2 cups ketchup

salt and pepper, to taste

2 Tbsp. vinegar

1 Tbsp. dry mustard

1/2 cup water

hamburger buns

Preparation

Brown the meat and drain excess fat. Add green pepper and onion, stir. Saute until onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients, simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve on hamburger buns.
