Ingredients

Wild salmon fillets 6 oz.

3 TBSP softened butter

1 TBSP fresh lemon juice

1 TBSP snipped fresh chives

1 TBSP minced fresh ginger

Preparation

Pre-heat oven to 275 degrees Bring salmon to room temperature Sprinkle fillets with salt and fresh ground black pepper Roast salmon until just cooked through (10-12 minutes) Mix topping and spread on fish Place fish under pre-heated broiler for about 2 minutes. Serve on heated plate.
