Ingredients

1 lb beef cubes

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 jar 6oz sliced mushroom drained or fresh

1/8 t pepper

4 oz. cream cheese

4 oz sour cream 3 cups hot cooked noodles

Preparation

In slow cooker mix beef, onions, soup, mushrooms and pepper. Cover and cook on low setting for 8-10 hrs. until beef is very tender. Stir cream cheese into beef mixture until melted. Stir sour cream into beef mixture. Serve over noodles.
