Ingredients
2 lbs Pork Tenderloin
1/4 Cup low sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp yellow mustard
2-3 tbsp maple syrup or honey
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp dry diced onion
1 1/2 tsp garlic salt or powder
Preparation
mix ingredients and pour on tenderloin in a crock pot. Cook on low 6 hours
