Ingredients

3# potatoes, any variety or combination, 1’ chunks (peeled or not, as desired)

2 tsp. prepared wasabi powder, or to taste

salt to taste

Penzey’s seasoned pepper (or ground black pepper) to taste

1/4 c. olive oil

2 cloves garlic or equivalent

1 tbls. chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation

Heat oil in slow cooker on high for 15 minutes. Add additional ingredients and quickly stir. Immediately add the potatoes and gently mix until they are coated with oil mixture.

Cook on high for 2 - 3 hours.
