Ingredients

bacon -4 slices, or 3 thick ones (we like Applewood or Blackforest thick slices )

onion- 1/2 c chopped

brown sugar-2 T

Worcestershire sauce- 1 T

prepared mustard- 1 t

pork and beans- 2 # canned

whole chickens- 2 prepared to smoke

Preparation

Cook Bacon until crisp, and onion until tender. Stir all ingredients together in a baking safe container and place in the smoker, uncovered, under the chicken. When the chicken is done, so are the beans!
