Ingredients

4 oz smoked salmon, coarsely chopped

4 oz creamy goat cheese

1 TB yogurt, sour cream or cream cheese

salt to taste

2 TB capers for garnish

Preparation

In food processor combine salmon, goat cheese. Add yogurt,s our cream, or cream cheese and let motor run until mix is very smooth. Pack into bowl and sprinkle with capers and cover with plastic wrap, refrig for 1 hour
