Ingredients

2 C romaine, torn

1 1/2 C bok choy, sliced

1 8 oz pkg smap peas halved and blanched

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

1/2 C feta or blue

1/2 olive oil

3 T white wine vinegar

1 t lemon juice

1/3 t hot pepper sauce

1/4 t salt

mix all together
