Ingredients
8 oz. Catalina Dressing
8 oz. Italian Dressing (or lite Itallian)
16 oz. Spaghetti
2 oz. shredded parmesian
1/2 med. green pepper
3 medium tomatos (I like 4 or 5 romas)
3 or 4 small scallions
1 sm. can black olive slices (optional)
1 sm. can mushrooms (stems & pieces or sliced) (optional)
Preparation
Prepare spaghetti (al dente) according to directions. Cool.
Dice vegetabled (small) to a uniform size.
Toss Spaghetti in dressings, vegetables, olives, mushrooms and half of cheese, till well coated. Refrigerate. When cool, top with remaining cheese.
Can be created as a vegetarian entre. Be sure to use vegetarian dressings.
