Ingredients

Salsa

1/2 C hot jalapeno jelly

3 TBS fresh line juice

2 1/2 C chopped peeled pitted mango

1 1/4 C chopped red bell pepper

3/4 C chopped red onion

1/3 C chopped fresh cilantro

1 jalapeno chili, minced

BEEF

1 TBS cinnamon

1 TBS ground coriander

1 TBS sugar

1 TBS paprika

1 1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

12 4-oz beef tenderloin steaks

Olive oil

Preparation

For Salsa: Whisk jelly and lime juice in a large bowl. Mix in all remaining ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. (Can be made 2 hours ahead. Cover and chill) For BEEF: Mix first 6 ingredients in a small bowl. Brush both sides of steaks with oil. Sprinkle 1/2 tsp spice mixture over each side of each steak. Prepare BBQ (medium-high heat.) Grill steaks to desired doneness, about 2 minutes per side for medium-rare. Serve, passing salsa separately
