Ingredients

3/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar

1 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon all purpose flour

1/8 teaspoon ground cloves

1/8 teaspoon ground allspice

1 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/2 teaspoon ground ginger

1/2 teaspoon salt

3 eggs

1/2 cup eggnog

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree

1 1/2 tablespoons mild-flavored (light) molasses

1 (9 inch) unbaked deep dish pie crust

Preparation

  1. Mix first 8 ingredients in large bowl to blend. Add pumpkin, cream, eggnog, eggs (one at a time) and molasses; whisk filling to blend.

  2. Preheat oven to 350°F. Pour filling into crust. Bake pie until set in center and slightly puffed around edges, about 1 hour 10 minutes. Check at 1 hour and continue if needed. Cool pie on rack.
