Ingredients

Yellowfin Tuna Steaks 1 lb, or good quality jarred tuna at least 12 oz, drained well

Sambal Olek, 2 Tbs

Sesame oil, 1 Tb

Kraft Olive Oil Mayonnaise, 4 Tbs

Soy Sauce, 1/2 Tbs

Kosher Salt, 1/2 Tbs

Black Sesame Seeds, 1/2 Tbs

Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tsp or to taste

Honey, 1/2 Tbs

Dried Cranberries, 1/4 Cup

Green Onion, 2 stalks, chopped

Carrots, 1/4 Cup, grated

Ginger, 1 tsp, grated

Cilantro, 2 Tbs

Preparation

Cook and flake tuna, set aside to cool, alternately, drain jarred tuna well. In medium bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add tuna. Cover and refrigerate overnight to develop full flavor. Use within 4 days.
