Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, pitted, peeled & coarsely chopped

1-2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

kosher (coarse) salt

chili powder

ground cumin seed

2 jalapeños, ribs & seeds removed, finely chopped

3-4 green onions, finely chopped

1-2 garlic cloves, finely minced

1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation

In a medium bowl, lightly mash together avocados, lime juice (to taste - start light and add more if needed), and seasonings with a fork or potato masher.

Fold in jalapeños, onion, garlic & sour cream.

Refrigerate up to 2 hours before serving.
