Ingredients
8 ounces dry linguini
2 tablespoons sesame oil
SAUCE
1/4 cup light soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame paste
2 tablespoons sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon chili oil
1 tablespoon rice or white vinegar
2 tsps. minced fresh ginger
2 cloves garlic - crushed
GARNISH
2 tablespoon sliced scallions
2 tablespoon chopped roasted peanuts
fresh cilantro
Preparation
Cook linguini. Drain and cool. Toss with sesame oil. Chill. Stir together ingredients for the sauce. Just before serving, pour sauce over linguini and toss. Garnish with scallions, peanuts, and cilantro.
