Ingredients
1 head of cauliflower
Batter:
1 cup white rice flour
1 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
2 “dashes” of Tabasco (or favorite hot sauce)
Spicy Sauce:
1/4 cup vegetable oil or canola oil
1/4 cup Tabasco (or favorite hot sauce)
a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Break up cauliflower into bite size pieces.
Mix together the batter ingredients in a small bowl. Dip the cauliflower pieces into batter and coat each piece evenly. Place on a greased cookie sheet. (I used a fork to stab into the cauliflower to roll around and coat)
Bake for 15 minutes.
While the cauliflower is baking, mix the spicy sauce ingredients in a small bowl.
After the cauliflower is pulled out of the oven, spoon or brush the spicy sauce ingredients on the cauliflower pieces. Bake for 5 more minutes.
