Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp fennel seed
1 egg
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Place in fridge for 48 hours. Form small meatballs. Bring spagetti sauce to simmer. Cook until meatballs are done (approximately 10 - 12 minutes).
