Ingredients
5 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
2 teaspoons Asian fish sauce
2 tablespoons lime juice from 1 lime
¼ cup coconut milk (unsweetened)
1 tablespoon honey
1 inch piece fresh ginger, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
2 medium cloves garlic, minced (about 1 tablespoon)
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in jar of electric blender; blend until smooth.
