Ingredients
1/4 c butter
4 gr onions chopped
16 oz mixed mushrooms - sliced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz sour cream
1 T worstishire
1 t garlic -minced
2 lb spinach - steamed and drained
1 c parmesan
Preparation
Saute mushrooms and onions in butter Add remaining ingredients until well mixed - except cheese Pour into buttered casserole dish Top w parmesan cheese Bake @ 350 for 30 minutes
