Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds ground turkey (Or use 2 1/2 pounds in Jenny-O package)
10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1 packet taco seasoning
Preparation
In a large bowl, use both hands to mix together the ground turkey, spinach and taco seasoning until blended. Divide the burger mixture to form six (or more) patties.
Cook to 165 degrees internally, any way!
