Ingredients
2 lbs clams
1 tbls butter
3 tbls. garlic
1 tbls shallot
1/2 tbls chilie flakes
1/2 cup chicken stock
1 lemon squeezed with zest
2 tbls parsley
1/2 cup white wine
Preparation
saute garlic, shallot in butter add clams and the res of ingredients. cover and steam until clams open
