Ingredients
20 oz chicken breast - boneless, skinless
1/4 cup orange marmalade or red currant jelly
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp ginger - grated
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preparation
Combine last four ingredients in a bowl. Broil chicken beasts until cooked through (approx 10-15 minutes) Baste with jam mixture the last 3 minutes. Serve with rice.
