Soy Vay Hoisin Garlic Sauce
Chicken breast or shrimp
Assorted veggies (zucchini, onion, bell pepper, jalapeño, etc.)
Jasmine rice
Chinese 5 Spice (optional)
Peanuts (optional)
Preparation
Dice veggies and begin cooking in skillet w/ olive oil Season w/ s&p and other spices (Chinese 5 Spice) Saute veggies in hoisin garlic sauce Begin cooking rice Add peanuts , chicken/shrimp, and chili paste to veggies Serve over rice
