Recipe for Stir Fry Sauce

Dissolve one bullion cube in hot water (chicken or beef, for whatever meat you are cooking).

Drip about two tablespoons oil down the side of the wok. Add ½ teaspoon of each of the following: ginger, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Allow the spices to simmer in the oil. Add the meat, then add two tablespoons soy sauce. Add the vegetables and cook until done.

If you prefer a thicker sauce, mix one teaspoon cornstarch with one teaspoon water and pour into the wok about five minutes before the dish is done. Mix well.

To make a sweet and sour stir fry sauce, add a can of pineapple, including the juice, when you add the vegetables. You will need to increase the cornstarch to ¼ cup cornstarch and ¼ cup water mix if you want to thicken this variation.
