Strawberry Apple Kugel Pesach Recipe

Ingredients

Apple Mixture

7-8 Apples, diced

1 pint Strawberries

½ c Sugar

2 t Lemon Juice

½ t Cinnamon

Mix together. Pour into sprayed 9x13" pan

Topping

2 ¼ c Potato Starch

1 c Sugar

1 Egg

1 c Oil

5 oz ground Nuts

Mix together. Sprinkle over apple mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour
