Ingredients
pie crust
quart of strawberries
1.5 - 2 cups water
.5 - 1 cup sugar
3 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch
1 package of sugar free strawberry jello
Preparation
Pie crust:
- defrost or roll out and fold edges
- prick with fork
- Bake 10 minutes on 400 (read packaging, cook until slightly brown)
Filling
- combine sugar, cornstarch, and cold water - stir
- heat on medium until congealed - stir constantly
- add strawberry jello
- let cool
Pie
- fill crust with strawberries
- pour in filling
- put in refrigerator for an hour
