Ingredients

pie crust

quart of strawberries

1.5 - 2 cups water

.5 - 1 cup sugar

3 heaping tablespoons of cornstarch

1 package of sugar free strawberry jello

Preparation

Pie crust:

  1. defrost or roll out and fold edges
  2. prick with fork
  3. Bake 10 minutes on 400 (read packaging, cook until slightly brown)

Filling

  1. combine sugar, cornstarch, and cold water - stir
  2. heat on medium until congealed - stir constantly
  3. add strawberry jello
  4. let cool

Pie

  1. fill crust with strawberries
  2. pour in filling
  3. put in refrigerator for an hour
