Ingredients
1/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup unsweetened orange juice
1 teaspoon granulated sugar substitute
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
1/2 pound torn fresh spinach
2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
Preparation
Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well.
Combine spinach and strawberries; toss. Arrange on salad plates. Drizzle 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise mixture over each.
