Ingredients

Ingredients for Cooked Minced Meat:

3 Large Finely Chopped Onions

Olive Oil

1 Bag of Minced Meat (ground turkey, beef or chicken)

1 Teaspoon Cinnamon

1 Teaspoon All Spice

1-2 Bay Leaves

Sea Salt

Ingredients for Stuffed Rice

Cooked Minced Meat

1 1/2 Cups of Rice

Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon All Spice

1 Tablespoon Turmeric

1 Tablespoon Cinnamon

Salt

Pepper

1 Grated Garlic Clove

Lemon

Almonds

Preparation

Directions for Cooked Minced Meat:

  1. Add finely chopped onions into a pot of olive oil along with the minced meat, cinnamon, all spice, bay leaves and salt
  2. Both the onion and the minced meat will start to release water.
  3. Cook and stir the ingredients until the water disappears

Directions for Rice and Minced Meat:

  1. Cook 1 1.5 cups of rice until half done
  2. Drain half cooked rice
  3. In a pan with olive oil, spoon Minced Meat, then spoon half cooked rice (For every one spoon of minced meat put two spoons of rice).
  4. Mix minced meat and rice together
  5. Rice should be more than the minced meat
  6. Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon and pepper
  7. Mix ingredients together and cook on low fire
  8. Add little water and put lid on

Directions for Chicken:

  1. Wash chicken inside and out in cold water.
  2. Place chicken in a pyrex.
  3. Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, olive oil, lemon, salt and i grated garlic clove to chicken.
  4. When the rice is cooked stuff into chicken
  5. Close pyrex with foil and put in oven until cook. 6.When cooked remove foil and leave the chicken in oven.
