Ingredients
Ingredients for Cooked Minced Meat:
3 Large Finely Chopped Onions
Olive Oil
1 Bag of Minced Meat (ground turkey, beef or chicken)
1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
1 Teaspoon All Spice
1-2 Bay Leaves
Sea Salt
Ingredients for Stuffed Rice
Cooked Minced Meat
1 1/2 Cups of Rice
Olive Oil
1 Tablespoon All Spice
1 Tablespoon Turmeric
1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Salt
Pepper
1 Grated Garlic Clove
Lemon
Almonds
Preparation
Directions for Cooked Minced Meat:
- Add finely chopped onions into a pot of olive oil along with the minced meat, cinnamon, all spice, bay leaves and salt
- Both the onion and the minced meat will start to release water.
- Cook and stir the ingredients until the water disappears
Directions for Rice and Minced Meat:
- Cook 1 1.5 cups of rice until half done
- Drain half cooked rice
- In a pan with olive oil, spoon Minced Meat, then spoon half cooked rice (For every one spoon of minced meat put two spoons of rice).
- Mix minced meat and rice together
- Rice should be more than the minced meat
- Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon and pepper
- Mix ingredients together and cook on low fire
- Add little water and put lid on
Directions for Chicken:
- Wash chicken inside and out in cold water.
- Place chicken in a pyrex.
- Add all spice, turmeric, cinnamon, pepper, olive oil, lemon, salt and i grated garlic clove to chicken.
- When the rice is cooked stuff into chicken
- Close pyrex with foil and put in oven until cook. 6.When cooked remove foil and leave the chicken in oven.
