Ingredients
1 loaf bread
1 C. butter
1 T dijon
1 tsp italian seasoning
salt
pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
12-16 oz grated cheese (used MJ, White Cheddar, and Parmesan)
Preparation
Slice bread. Heat 1/2 c butter with herbs, S&P, dijon, and garlic. Drizzle over loaf, making sure to get into nooks and crannies. Stuff with cheese. Melt remaining 1/2 cup butter with additional garlic and herbs, pour over top. Seal tightly in aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove from foil and bake an additional 5-10 minutes, until bubbling.
