Ingredients

10-15 Lg mushrooms

2 tbs spoon chopped onion

2tbs butter

1/4c Italian breadcrumbs

1/4c finely chopped & toasted almonds

2tsp lemon juice. 1/2tsp salt

1/4c Worcestershire sauce

1/2c whipping cream

1/2c shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Preparation

Wash mushroom remove stems, reserve, chop stems Sauté with onions in butter in skillet 5 mins or until tender add breadcrumbs & almonds,cook 2 mins longer; stir in lemon juice & seasoning. Fill caps, place in baking dish; pour cream on and around mushrooms. Bake at 400 for 15 mins. Top with cheese Bake 8-10 mins more.
