Ingredients
6 medium green peppers
pound ground beef
1/2 chopped onion
2 c. stewed tomatoes
3/4 c. precooked rice
2 T. W. sauce
S&P
1 c. shredded sharp cheese
Preparation
tops off peppers, hull out, cook in boiling salted water 5 minutes, sprinkle inside with S&P brown beef and onion add the rest top with cheese bake uncovered at 350 degrees 25 minutes
