Ingredients

3 cups almond flour

1 Tablespoon xanthan gum

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon salt

1-1/2 teaspoon itallian seasoning

1 teaspoon fresh minced garlic

1/4 cup sundried tomato pesto

1-1/3 cup liquid egg whites

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 grease a 7X3 inch loaf pan and dust with almond flour. Combine dry ingredients. Mix together the wet ingredients separate. combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Place dough into loaf pan. You can smooth out the top with a little water. Bake for 55-60 mins. or until a knife comes out clean. Let loaf cool for at least an hour before slicing.
