Ingredients
2 cups refried beans (or bean dip)
1 cup grated Longhorn cheese
1 diced avocados
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3-4 diced jalapeños peppers
1 can 4 oz. diced green chile
1 fresh tomato, diced
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup black olives, sliced
Preparation
Layer in glass round serving dish: 2 refried beans, grated Longhorn cheese diced avocadoes
Combine and pour over beans: sour cream mayonnaise, jalapeño peppers and diced green chile.
Layer: tomato, onions, black olives.
Cover with Saran wrap and chill. Serve as spread with tortilla chips.
