Ingredients
1 prepared pizza dough
1 cup thinly sliced mushrooms
1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1 red onion, diced
2 cups grated mozzarella
1 cup pizza sauce
Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400 F. Roll your pizza dough out onto a lightly floured surface. Place it on your pizza pan.
- Pour the pizza sauce into the middle of the dough. Work it outwards in a clockwise circle using a spoon.
- Remove the seeds from your bell peppers and thinly slice it along with the mushrooms. Dice the red onion.
- Add the vegetables, one at a time to the top of the pizza.
- Sprinkle in a circular motion, being careful not to pile any ingredients into the center.
- Add the cheese on top of the vegetables in the same method.
- Park on the bottom rack of your oven for 8-12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the center cheese is melted. Allow to cool before serving.
